Is pickup included?
Pickup and disposal is optional and costs $100.00. It is separate from the collection price. Delivery is $40.00 or $50.00 by ZIP code. Include pickup in your planned spend if you would like to add that visit.
Review your selected items rather than assuming that a photograph or a general description includes every service. The pricing guide shows examples with and without pickup so the difference is easy to see.
What are the current removal windows?
Before Thanksgiving: November 19, 2026 through November 25, 2026.
After Thanksgiving: November 27, 2026 through December 5, 2026.
These are date windows, not individual appointment times. Compare them with your plans before choosing. If the timing of a particular gathering matters, discuss it with us rather than assuming a day within the window.
Check your reservation
Look for the pickup option and selected window in your reservation details. If you are unsure whether you added it, contact us with your reservation reference. Keep the question tied to your existing reservation so the collection, address and selected services can be discussed together.
If your plans change, contact us before making assumptions about another visit or a different window. The full policies are the reference for reservation terms and transfers; this guide does not change those terms.
Questions about the materials?
Ask us about the items in your particular display and the removal arrangements before the visit. Tell us if you intend to keep anything or if personal decorations have been placed alongside the collection. That gives the conversation a clear starting point without assuming every object on the porch belongs to the service.
