Your package includes its listed pumpkins and materials. Extras are itemized. Custom Neutrals includes the listed palette options; additional materials or a bespoke design require a separate quote.

You don't need to be home
Tell us the gate code and where to park. We style, tidy, and text you a photograph when we're done.
How long it lasts
Four to six weeks in a Texas fall, out of standing water and direct sun. Fruit is living produce, so we choose the best available; photographs are style representations.
All sales are final, and transferable
The fruit is bought for you the week you book. If plans change, give your reservation to a neighbor or a friend in the same season and we'll style their door instead. Any reserved or expedited installation window for a different address must be reconfirmed. If we cannot meet the confirmed installation commitment, we refund the installation upgrade.
Where the pumpkins go
Everything we remove goes to a working farm as feed. You'll get a note with the farm's name.
Photographs
Sharing photographs of your finished porch is optional. Choose the photograph permission checkbox at checkout if you would like to allow it. Addresses and names never appear.
Installation timing
Standard installation is included in your package. To help keep package prices down, we group nearby installations into carefully planned routes and select your installation day within your chosen delivery week. Reserved installation lets you choose an available Monday–Saturday date within your selected delivery week, at least seven days ahead. Expedited installation is completed within 72 hours of acceptance, counting Monday–Saturday and pausing the clock throughout Sunday. For example, a Friday afternoon acceptance has a Tuesday afternoon deadline. Both options require an available crew window within your selected delivery week; Sundays are closed. The calculated expedited deadline and actual available installation date appear before you reserve. Book at least one hour before that window starts.
Optional priority fees cover the additional scheduling and crew coordination needed to accommodate a particular date or faster turnaround. Reserved installation costs 20% of your package and décor add-ons, with a $149.00 minimum. Expedited installation costs 25%, with a $249.00 minimum. The greater of the percentage or minimum applies. Delivery, removal and backyard set-up are excluded from that calculation, and you choose only one installation upgrade. The exact additional price and available Dallas-time window appear before you submit your reservation.
We schedule just three installations a day, Monday–Saturday: 7–10 a.m., 11 a.m.–2 p.m. and 3–6 p.m., Dallas time. Each three-hour window is reserved for one porch, with an hour between visits. Standard, reserved and expedited installations share this availability. For reserved installation, choose your date and then an available time; full windows are no longer selectable.
You do not need to be home, but our crew needs access during the installation window. Availability is checked again when you submit. If we cannot meet the confirmed installation commitment, we refund the installation upgrade.
Removal weeks
$100.00, before thanksgiving or after thanksgiving. We come back, clear everything, and take the fruit to a farm as feed. You'll get a note saying where it went.

Privacy
We keep your name, contact details, address, gate code and delivery notes to deliver and remove your display and to send the messages you asked for. Our assigned crew and the service providers that host accounts, process payments, and deliver chosen messages use the details needed for those tasks. We do not sell them. Ask us to delete them any time after your season ends.
An optional account links reservations to your verified email. Notification preferences start off; choose delivery updates or removal reminders in your account and turn them off any time. Booking receipts and sign-in emails are separate service messages. If you enable web push, we store this browser’s delivery subscription. Signing out disconnects web push across your account. The optional Home Screen app uses a public offline page and public assets; it does not cache reservation details, addresses, gate codes, or payment pages for offline access.
Photo advice is a separate, private service. Your uploaded entry photos, preferences and review are available to you, the owner and an explicitly authorized assigned reviewer. Uploads are normalized and location metadata is removed. A photo submitted for advice is never permission to publish it for marketing. Avoid including people, license plates, house numbers or other identifying details in your photo.
AI assistance is optional. With your permission, our team may send your normalized photo and public collection choices to OpenAI to help draft a recommendation. Your contact details, written notes and our private business records are excluded. The team reviews any suggestion before sharing it with you; an illustration is approximate and cannot confirm dimensions, fit or access clearance. OpenAI may retain API content for abuse monitoring under its provider policies. You can turn off further AI assistance in your review.
Delete a photo consultation from your account at any time to remove access immediately. Storage cleanup retries if a provider is unavailable. Consultation records and photos otherwise expire 90 days after submission; infrastructure backups and data already processed by a provider follow that provider’s retention. Private photo pages are not stored for offline use.
Optional visitor analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics,” we use random browser and session identifiers to understand how people find us, which public pages and collections they explore, and where checkout needs improvement. We collect a referring website’s hostname, limited campaign tags, general device and browser categories, page visits, visible-page time, scroll milestones and selected shopping actions. We do not record what you type into forms, your precise location, raw IP address, private account pages or photos. We do not use session recordings or browser fingerprinting.
If you place an order while analytics is on, that visit may be linked to your saved order in the owner’s private dashboard. Only the owner, signed in with an additional security check, can see that link and the order name. Browsing alone does not identify you. Order entry is not proof of identity; verified account ownership is shown separately. Our hosting and database providers process these records for us. We do not sell analytics records or use them for third-party advertising.
Your analytics choice and browser identifier last up to 30 days; a visit ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. Detailed visits and their analytics order links expire after 90 days and are removed by scheduled cleanup. Backups follow our infrastructure providers’ retention. This cleanup does not delete the underlying order or records needed to fulfill it.
Use “Privacy choices” at the bottom of the site to change your decision. Declining stops future analytics in this browser and does not affect shopping or your account. We also respect supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Previously collected records expire as described above; contact us if you would like help with a deletion request. Essential account, saved-checkout and security functions operate separately from optional analytics.

Reservations are transferable within the season by emailing us; any reserved or expedited installation window for a different address must be reconfirmed. By reserving you allow our crew to enter the front entry and porch to deliver, style and remove the display. Our liability is limited to the price of the reservation. Everything removed is donated to a working farm outside Dallas.
