The porch guide
Make a little room for fall.
A few details gathered before the visit help us understand your entry. Start with access, the items you want to keep, and anything the crew should know before arriving.

Before choosing a week
The current delivery catalogue runs from September 28, 2026 through November 18, 2026. Check your delivery area and the current availability ledger. A delivery week is a planning window, not a published appointment time.
Think about gatherings or travel plans you want to discuss with us. Ask about timing before relying on a particular day for an event. Keep your collection and any selected extras in mind when describing the area to be styled.
Take a photograph
Show the full doorway, steps and nearby planters. Add a second view if the path is narrow or turns a corner. Tell us what should stay in place and what you plan to remove. A close-up can help explain a feature that is hard to see in the wider photograph.
Please keep people, license plates and other personal details out of the photograph where possible. A picture is a way to discuss the entry, not permission to publish your home. Private photo advice lets you take or choose a photograph and send it to the design team. Permission to share a finished-porch photograph remains a separate choice.
Clear the working area
Move small personal items and decorations you want to store. Leave a clear route to the door and keep access to handrails and entrances open. Think about the path from parking to the porch as well as the space immediately around the door.
Tell us about delicate finishes, loose steps, difficult gates or objects that should not be moved. Discuss heavy furniture or permanent planters in advance rather than assuming they can be relocated during styling.
Share access details privately
Discuss parking, gates and the correct entrance through your reservation contact. Keep access codes out of public comments and photographs. Arrange for pets to remain away from the working area. If access plans change, contact us before the visit.
You do not need to put private details in a social-media post to explain your porch. An email can start the conversation about what we need to know and how best to share it.
Decide what comes afterward
Optional pickup and disposal is $100.00, separate from installation and delivery. Consider it while planning the reservation, and read the current removal windows before selecting one.
Keep the collection details and care guide handy after installation. If a detail of the visit or display concerns you, contact us with the relevant information. The full policies remain the reference for reservations, transfers and photographs.
