Explore a low, gathered arrangement to one side of the entrance, leaving the door, house number and porch details visible. Share the photographer’s intended wide view if you have it; a close-up alone tells a different story about scale.
Consider a pumpkin focal point beside an existing porch planter, with the showing route and temporary sign positions in mind. Show where visitors approach and pause, including the place an agent greets them before they step inside.
For neighboring models, explore related palettes with a different emphasis at each doorway. One home might suit a fuller corner grouping, another a quieter accent. Photograph each entrance and its signs so the proposal can account for their differences.

Check your delivery areaShare the photography date, first showing and any open-house dates, along with the intended display period. Requested installation timing needs confirmation before you plan a shoot around it.
Identify the owner or builder contact who can approve the work and the agent coordinating the visit. Include property instructions and objects or finishes that should remain untouched.
Show house numbers, sales signs, door swing and the path from parking. Mention a lockbox or access device that needs to remain reachable, keeping its codes out of the photographs.
Name the person who will check natural materials while the property is vacant or between showings. Discuss exposure, irrigation, the display end date and any removal visit with the proposed scope.

The current offering is fall pumpkin styling for the entrance you submit. Interior staging, furnishing and listing photography are outside that scope. Your written proposal will identify the materials and work agreed for the display.
