Plan your porch

The porch guide

A clear plan makes room for the lovely part.

The most useful starting point is a short description of the place and what you want it to feel like. You do not need to produce a design or a shopping list. The review helps turn those first details into the questions that need answering before work is booked.

Gather a small, useful brief

Share the business type, delivery area, number of locations and the entrance you want styled. Add a full view and a side view where helpful, plus your preferred palette and whether you imagine a light accent or a fuller display. Mark any measurements you supply as your own measurements; a photograph alone does not establish dimensions.

For a model home or listing, include showing dates and the property contact who can approve the work. For a shop, restaurant or shared building, note the daily use and target display dates. Check the current delivery-area list before assuming that an address or another location is covered.

Use the review to resolve the unknowns

Ashley or an assigned design reviewer considers the request and may ask for a measurement or a property detail. Keep door access, signs, traffic, sun exposure and existing planters in the conversation. Mention fragile finishes and items you do not want moved.

Your submitted photos are private to the request and authorized review. Uploading them does not grant marketing permission. AI preview processing is optional; any concept shared with you requires design-team approval. It communicates a direction and cannot confirm exact coverage, item counts or the finished arrangement.

Confirm the written scope and quote

Compare the current catalog for the palettes and materials you like, then confirm which items and services the commercial proposal includes. A listed household package is not automatically a quote for a larger entrance, unusual access or multiple locations. Additional materials or bespoke work need an explicit quote before booking.

Review the installation and any removal arrangements together. Identify the approval contact and make sure property or building requirements have been shared. A recommendation is a proposed direction; it does not change an existing paid reservation or reserve time on the calendar.

Agree on timing and the handoff

Share opening hours, busy periods, loading access and dates that matter to your business. The team reviews the amount of work and available time before confirming the installation schedule. Commercial scope is not assumed to fit a fixed three-hour appointment; do not rely on a requested date until it has been agreed.

Before the visit, confirm the contact on site, the route from unloading to the entrance and any changes since the photographs were taken. Discuss who will care for the display and how the season ends. Fall 2026 is the current collection; winter greenery is planned for October, with spring and summer planned from 2027 rather than available to book now.
